As we’ve all heard, juggling is good for us! It strengthens us physically and mentally and helps with co-ordination, balance, problem solving, concentration and relaxation. What you may not have heard, is how long this has been going on. People have been juggling for over 4000 years! The earliest known depiction was found in Beni-Hassan Tombs of Ancient Egypt of some women jugglers 1994-1781BC.

The current World Record for longest 3 ball juggle is 12hrs and 5min and the World Record for most juggled balls at once is 12! AND did you also know that in 1988, Dr Reg Bolton, founder of The Circus Shop, beat the World Record for ‘Joggling’ (jogging whilst juggling 3 balls) the Perth Marathon.
