Do you have an actual shop?

Yes, kind of. We have a showroom in Maylands which is open on Saturday mornings 9 – 12, or by appointment outside those hours. Contact us to arrange a time to visit. We have EFTPOS facilities.

When are you open and where are you located?

Our showroom in Maylands is open on Saturday mornings 9 – 12, or by appointment outside those times. We are located at 31 Falkirk Avenue, Maylands, Western Australia. Please contact us first.

I live locally, can I pick up my order?

Yes. Our showroom in Maylands is open on Saturday mornings from 9 – 12, or by appointment during the week. Contact us to arrange a time. We have EFTPOS facilities.

Do we ship overseas?

Yes, most orders can be sent overseas. Contact us with your order and we will quote you on postage costs. Unfortunately our $9.95 shipping rate only applies within Australia.

What are the postage costs?

Our $9.95 flat rate applies to most orders Australia wide. Some large/bulky orders may require additional postage. We will contact you with details if this is the case.

How do I pay?

You can pay with credit card online, or over the phone. We also accept payment via direct deposit, cheque and Paypal. There are also EFTPOS facilities at our showroom. For all payment details see our How to Shop page.

My order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has been dispatched and has taken longer to arrive than the normal postage times, give it one more day. Then if it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll try and track it down for you.

Returns and refunds?

We are usually happy to exchange unwanted items. If you need to exchange or return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where possible and returned within a reasonable time frame. You will then be offered an exchange or refund or partial refund, depending on each individual case. Contact us to discuss.

We pride ourselves on quality products. If you purchase an item which turns out to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss, so we can organise an exchange for you. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 31 Falkirk Avenue, Maylands, WA, 6051, Australia.

Do we always have every product and colour in stock?

Not always. If you are after a specific colour/size of product, please specify in your order or email us the details. We will contact you with any stock shortages and offer alternatives and/or let you know how long it will be before we can get your specific requirement in stock.

Can I choose my colours?

Yes and we will do our best to supply them to you! If you have a specific request for colour, please specify in your order or email us the details. We will contact you with availability, any shortages, alternatives and any time frames for ordering in your specified colours.

Which juggling balls are best for beginners?

We recommend you start with beanbags as they’re easier to throw and catch and don’t roll away when dropped. Our washable pyramid beanbags or cube beanbags are a great starting point.

How many balls/rings/clubs should I get?

Are you getting juggling stuff for someone as a gift and not sure how many to get? Most people buy things in sets of 3 – balls, rings, clubs. If it is for a more advanced juggler then 5 is the most popular number to get. Remember, they are priced for a single item in most cases.
